Camera Ready Guide
All
paper submissions will be handled electronically. Authors should prepare a PDF
version of their papers, which should not exceed seven (7) pages. The format should
conform to the guidelines available
here, or you can download the sample instructions in template PDF by
clicking
here.
Please do NOT put page numbers in the paper.
It is the author's responsibility to make sure that the
paper complies to prescribed IEEE format standards, and is free of
technical/grammatical errors.
Camera ready submissions found not complying, will
automatically be dropped out.

Papers will only be added to publication (available at IEEE Explore), if they
are presented at the conference. At least one author must register for the paper
to be included in the publication. Authors presenting multiple papers can use
one registration to present 2 papers.
It is mandatory that the PDF versions are generated by the IEEE eXpress PDF
generation system. The PDF eXpress can be accessed at
http://www.pdf-express.org.
Use Conference ID as: honet10x
If you don't have a previous account with PDF eXpress, Click on the link "New
Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. Once logged into the system,
you can create PDF files complying to IEEE format from word or Tex templates.
Remember: IEEE PDF eXpress is NOT a paper
submission system.

The Copyright transfer letter must be filled, signed and faxed or postal-mailed
no later than October 31, 2010 to the following address:

Hand-signed and scanned (into PDF) Copyright forms must be uploaded along with
the paper on the paper submission system.
Provide a signed copyright form for each paper.
Camera Ready Due: October 20, 2010
CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file
and complete the copyright transfer no later than October 20, 2010 8:00pm EDT.
If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program.
NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.
Short Paper/Poster
All above mentioned requirements apply to short
paper/poster session. Exceptions:
- Page limit is 4 pages.
- Authors must prepare a poster version and display it at the conference.
- Maximum dimensions of the poster are 36" horizontal and 48" vertical. Text
and graphics are to be arranged by the authors themselves.
